General Set Up in Park and Traditional Crafts area
Who we need: People who can lift/move moderate-to-heavy items (moving picnic tables, chairs setup, move food service
equipment; tent setup, etc.) in park and traditional crafts areas.
Shifts: Friday, Sept 9, afternoon, early evening, from 1 to 3 hours -or- Sunday, Sept 11, morning, early afternoon, from 1 to 3 hours
Food Service in Park
Who we need: Several adults to help serve buffet-style meals in the Laura Days booth (picnic shelter). Will work with teens and other adults. The food booth is busy at mealtimes and between main stage events.
Shifts: Saturday, Sept 10 throughout the day, from 2 to 4 hours
Guest Book at Wayside Cabin
Who we need: Adults to monitor the guestbook at the Wayside Cabin on County Road CC
Shifts: Saturday, Sept 10, 10 - 5 pm, from 1 hour to entire day -or- Sunday, Sept 11, 11 - 4 pm, from 1 hour to entire day
Help with Crafts/Toys at Wayside Cabin
Who we need: Adults or mature teens to help kids make easy craft / help guests hand-sew a 4-patch quilt block / play pioneer toys with guests at Wayside Cabin on County Road CC
Shifts: Saturday, Sept 10, 10 - 5 pm. from 1 hour to entire day -or- Sunday, Sept 11, 11 - 4 pm, from 1 hour to entire day
Set-Up/Take-Down at Wayside Cabin
Who we need: Adults or mature teens to assist with set-up/take-down at Wayside Cabin on County Road CC.
Shifts: Saturday, Sept 10, 9-10 am (set up) -or- Saturday, Sept 10, 5-5:30 pm (take down)
-or- Sunday, Sept 11, 4-4:30 pm (take down)
