Laura Ingalls Wilder Days is an opportunity to expose
your products and/or services to thousands of our visitors!
Registration is due by August 30, 2023.
Set-up time is 7:00 - 9:00 AM both days.

Submitting Your Application: Either submit your application online at the bottom of this page
or print a hard copy of the vendor registration form and mail it to us by August 30.
Payment: To pay online, scroll down this page and use the payment buttons.
If you mail us a hard copy of the registration form, please make your check out to
Laura Ingalls Wilder Days and include it with the form.
Your registration will not be complete until we have received payment.
The LIWD Committee reserves the right to request an item be removed from your
sales area if deemed inappropriate for the event (i.e., guns, knives, etc.).
This is an alcohol-free festival appropriate for families and young children, and we respectfully ask that you adhere to this policy.

report to the WI Department of Revenue on Form S-240

those vendors who are not required to have a Seller’s Permit. (see Exemption Codes below)
