Description

Contestants will try throwing the tomahawk under supervision. Parents should accompany youngsters wishing to try throwing.

Card Cut Round

A playing card will be affixed to the wooden target face. One point will be awarded for sticking the tomahawk in the target, three points awarded for cutting the card, and five points awarded for cutting a piece off the card. Contestants will throw three times per turn. Tied contestants will throw again until there is a winner.

Novelty Round

This round will involve extra challenges to test the throwers and delight the spectators.

  • 2:00 pm, Sunday, September 13

  • Sign-up by 2:00 on Sunday at the Traditional Crafts area.

  • Supervised practice will be open on Sunday morning. After 1:30, only registered contestants will be allowed to practice.

  • $2 entry fee

  • $10 winning prize for each contest
